一、报告题目:Propagation of short waves in ferrites with damping and inhomogeneous exchange effects 

报告摘要:We have investigated solutions of the KMM system in two cases for s=0 and s0) by the CTE method and the Painlevé-Bācklund transformation, for the case(s=0), the KMM system is integrable. There are many new type structures ofsolutions obtained., such as breather soliton, multipole instanton and rogue waves.Rogue waves have different structures including butterfly-type, X-type and Y-typeones. We also study in details the effects of Gilbert-damping andinhomogeneous exchange on the propagation of short waves in various saturated garnet ferrites.

二、报告题目:带自相容源可积系统的构造和求解

报告摘要: 从Lax对出发,通过引进新的变量,进而构造新的带自相容源的可积系统。对于得到的新系统,再利用Hirota双线性方法给出各种类型的精确解,如N-soliton解等。

三、报告题目:Aspects of symmetries in quantum dynamics

报告摘要:Symmetry is an essential theme in quantum physics. Based on some recent progresses in the field of ultracold atomic gases, I will discuss several aspects of symmetries, especially the scaling symmetry, in the dynamics of quantum systems. In the first part, I will present the construction of a special fractal [1], which is inspired by the similarity between the Weierstrass function and quantum systems with discrete scaling symmetry. In the second part, I will discuss the role of symmetries played in a two-dimensional degenerate Bose gas subjected to a harmonic trap, including the undamped breathing mode due to the SO(2,1) symmetry, and the intriguing periodic/revival behavior related to the initial shapes recently observed in experiment [2] and our preliminary understanding.
